Udaipur World Music Festival

The Lake City, during the Udaipur World Music Festival, witnesses the incredible performances of world-class musicians from the world. The second edition of this festival is all set to electrify Udaipur from 9th February to 11th February, and create new landmarks in the field of music. This exciting event will witness the Morning and Evening sessions of concerts on all three days of the February month.

World Sacred Spirit Festival, Jodhpur

The World Sacred Spirit Festival in Rajasthan brings together amazing artists from across India and around the world in a stunning royal setting.The prestigious site of the Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur opens its doors to an extraordinary sacred and historical musical journey. Sambhar Mahotsav

Sambhar is a famous place for excursions which is a small city in Jaipur district of Rajasthan State in India. The place is also known as Sambhar Lake Town and also Salt Lake City. Sambhar is located along with Sambhar Lake which is the largest saline lake in India. Experience Sambhar at its colorful and exotic best during the Sambhar Mahotsav from 23rd to 25th February 2018. This annually organized festival offers an opportunity For visitors to attend folk dance and music concepts, to watch artisans at work, to Shop directly from NGO’s craftspeople and village co-operatives. The cool spring and soothing rays of night will welcome about 5,000 tourists in the Great Sambhar for the two-day long 1st Sambhar Mahotsav.

Night Tourism to begin at Sambhar lake, Rajasthan

Sambhar Lake, situated 96 km from Jaipur – usually known as India’s largest salt lake is lately declared as a bio-heritage site. The big news is that the Salt lake is getting ready for the night tourism with Laser Sound and Light Show, and much more!

After Amer Mahal, Jantar Mantar and City Palace, the shimmering Sambhar Lake is all set to be developed for Night Tourism. The salt lake complex will host Laser Sound and Light Show and further be advanced for night safari which includes salt track, museum, cycling track and train safari for tourists.

Sambhar extends in three districts of Jaipur, Nagaur and Ajmer. Sambhar lake is a magnificent array of bird life, both native and migrant, making it one of the best places in India for bird-watching, but most of all, just sitting out there in quiet and watching the sun go down as night draws itself into a white noise.

Now with the proposed plan of night tourism the tourist spot with be a mesmeric destination for night travelers by June 2018 as informed by the RTDC official.

 

Jungle Safari Soon To Start In Buffer Zone In Sariska.

It’s not only the Ranthambore National Park that is undergoing changes in the safari schedule but the famous Sariska Tiger Reserve is all set to promote eco – tourism with the new changes from July 1, 2016.

The Sariska Tiger Reserve management has registered 20 new petrol vehicles and are training nearly 30 nature guides among the locals from Alwar.
The initiative of promoting eco – tourism will help developing other places in Alwar like Moosi Maharani ki Chatri, Fateh Jang ki Gummad, Alwar Museum, etc. to attract tourists, thus leading to development of the city. Even other tourist points are being developed at Pratapbandh, Siliserh Lake, Bala Quila which lies in the buffer zone of the reserve. These points are rich in wildlife like panther, hyena, jackal, sambhar, wild boar and variety of bird species.
